Reporting is simple. You can voice your concerns through our Whistleblower system, which allows you to submit issues confidentially.
Report your concernIf you decide to include a message when submitting your issue, you will automatically receive a confirmation receipt. Using the message feature enables the Whistleblower Committee to communicate with you privately and confidentially.
The Whistleblower Committee will carefully evaluate your concerns. The Committee, which includes representatives from Finance, HR, IT, and Legal, operates with integrity and balances the interests of all parties involved. They report directly to the CEO to ensure unbiased decision-making.
After reviewing the allegations, the Committee will determine whether an investigation is necessary. If necessary, the Committee will decide on the steps to take, including involving external authorities in cases of criminal activity.
All information related to the case, including your identity (if disclosed), will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality as permitted by law.
If you have created a message, you will receive a status update within three months of reporting. Those accused of misconduct will be informed of the report at the right time to ensure a fair and unbiased investigation. Once the investigation is concluded, you will receive detailed information about the process and results.
All information regarding the reporter, witnesses, information providers, and the reported conduct will be kept confidential, in line with applicable legal requirements.
