Designed around a low-pressure filling concept, it allows inclusions of up to 30% while maintaining stable shape, smooth surfaces, and consistent quality.
The system supports multi-flavor filling and integrated ripple patterns without disturbing product structure. Low-pressure filling reduces stress on the ice cream matrix, while servo-guided stick insertion follows the product movement to ensure precise positioning. Any contact between inclusions and the stick is automatically compensated inside the closed cavity, preventing deformation and protecting ripple designs.
Two built-in pressure regulation features stabilize filling pressure and relieve internal cavity pressure before exit, supporting uniform product shape and preventing local expansion.
