A compact, versatile rotary molding solution with efficient brine circulation, pneumatic stick insertion, and a reliable rotating extractor for smooth molded stick production.
Compact rotary molded stick machine delivering reliable freezing and filling in a small footprint.
Flexible filler options support water ice, ice cream, and multi-flavor products on one platform.
Easy mold changeover and simple operation keep daily production efficient and predictable.
Stick ice cream has moved beyond a single familiar shape. Consumers expect visual appeal, layered flavours, and consistent texture. For producers, this means innovation must show clearly in the product, while production stays reliable in the background.
RIA rotary machines meet this demand through an integrated molding process. Controlled freezing supports uniform texture, while flexible filling and accurate stick insertion support multi-colour, inclusion-rich, and layered products, ensuring each element ends up where it should.
Hygienic design, efficient energy use, and reliable cleaning keep daily production stable. RIA Series lets stick ice cream innovation reach the consumer as designed, while production stays efficient and ready for what’s next.

RIA 4 is a compact rotary molded stick machine developed for small to medium ice cream production, which needs flexibility, reliability, and efficient use of space. Built on the same proven principles as larger RIA machines, it delivers professional performance in a smaller footprint, with capacities of up to 12,000 pieces per hour depending on product design and conditions.
The freezing table features efficient brine circulation with external evaporator options, supporting stable freezing and controlled product structure. Pneumatically driven systems and a low working height eliminate the need for platforms, simplifying installation and operation. Tool-free mold ring sections allow fast mold changeover, reducing downtime between productions.
RIA 4 supports multiple filler types, including volumetric, pencil, and suction evacuation systems, enabling water ice, ice cream, shell-and-core, and multi-flavor products. Stick insertion, extraction, chocolate dipping, and optional dry coating are integrated into a smooth, rotary process that protects product integrity.
An intuitive touch-screen control system centralizes machine settings, alarms, and adjustments. With its robust design, compact layout, and versatile filling options, RIA 4 helps producers run efficient daily production while expanding their molded stick portfolio without complexity.
