RIA 14 is a fully integrated rotary machine for high-performance production of molded stick ice cream, water ice, and novelty products with capacity up to 42.000 pcs/hr. As a self-contained unit with its own brine plant, it delivers stable freezing, energy-efficient operation, and consistent product quality. Servo drives throughout the machine enable smooth motion, precise control, and fast product changeovers.
The hot and cold brine system uses optimized nozzle design, frequency-controlled pumps, and coil evaporator technology to ensure uniform freezing and reliable heat transfer. Double-sealed mold plates and controlled brine flow fully submerge the cups, supporting even texture and shape. RIA 14 supports Gram Equipment’s full range of fillers, enabling multi-color, multi-layer, core-filled, inclusion-rich, and extrusion-like products. Automated stick insertion, alignment, and detection systems help reduce rejects and improve yield.
