RIA 10-C is a compact, self-contained rotary machine designed for efficient production of molded stick ice cream with a strong focus on flexibility, hygiene, and energy efficiency, with capacity up to 21.000 pcs/hr. Equipped with its own integral brine plant, the double-walled insulated tank minimizes energy loss and supports stable operation across all rows.
Optimized cold and warm brine systems use frequency-controlled pumps, temperature sensors, nozzle plates, and baffle plates to deliver uniform turbulent flow around the molds. This ensures consistent freezing, efficient heat transfer, and stable production.
RIA 10-C supports bottom-up filling with large inclusions, extrusion-like ice cream, and vertical or horizontal multi-color options, opening strong innovation possibilities. Pneumatically driven stick insertion ensures accurate stick positioning, while a controlled extractor guarantees that products are always removed securely without dropping.
