POLO 18 is a high-capacity in-line molded stick machine designed for large-scale ice cream production with advanced product design needs. It supports outputs of up to 48.000 pieces per hour, making it suitable for high-volume ice cream lines. The cascade brine system with falling-film technology delivers fast and consistent freezing that supports stable product structure and efficient energy use. A bath brine configuration is also available for wider products or specific mold layouts, offering flexibility in product design.

POLO 18 accommodates Gram Equipment’s full range of fillers and attachments, enabling multi-color, multi-layer, swirl, side-by-side, core-filled, and inclusion-rich products. Bottom-up filling supports extrusion-like ice cream with higher overrun and large inclusions. Automated stick insertion, alignment, and extraction help reduce rejects and maintain high yield. Servo-driven dipping, multi-dip options, dry coating, and flexible laydown systems ensure smooth transfer to downstream wrapping.
