POLO 12 is an in-line molded stick machine designed for efficient, flexible, and hygienic production of ice cream novelties at medium to high capacity, up to 36.000 pcs/hr. Built on Gram Equipment’s 70+ years of molded-line expertise, it integrates advanced freezing, filling, and handling technologies to support consistent quality and high productivity.
With multiple row configurations, POLO 12 offers a strong balance between output, footprint, and operational flexibility. The machine can be equipped with either a cascade brine system for faster freezing and improved energy efficiency, or a bath brine system for wider product designs and tighter cup spacing. Cascade freezing delivers up to 35-40% faster freezing, allowing higher productivity with warmer brine and lower refrigeration costs. POLO 12 supports flexible stick handling with automatic bulk feed, missing-stick detection, and compatibility with flat or round sticks.
Servo-driven extraction, dipping, and laydown systems ensure gentle product handling and precise transfer to wrappers. Integrated washing, defrost, and water-saving systems reduce downtime and operating costs. With easy mold changeover, modular design, and compatibility with both intermittent (HSW) and continuous (GMW) wrappers, POLO 12 helps ice cream producers expand product variety, improve efficiency, and maintain stable daily production.
