POLO 10-C is a compact in-line molded stick machine designed for ice cream producers who need precise, flexible, and hygienic production at medium capacity up to 21.000 pcs/hr.
The machine supports a wide range of fillers, enabling multi-flavor, multi-layer, and complex-shaped products. Flexible mold lengths allow short, medium, or long products on the same platform, helping producers adapt formats without changing the core machine. POLO 10-C features an optimized cold brine tank with nozzle plates that create a well-distributed turbulent flow around the molds. This ensures uniform freezing and consistent product structure across all cavities. Automation is available with full pneumatic control or optional full servo control of the mold drive and extractor, allowing producers to match automation level to operational needs.
The extractor system guarantees controlled product removal, eliminating dropped products. Easy mold changeover and an advanced mold washing system (with independent prewashing, washing, rinsing, and defrosting units) support fast cleaning and hygienic operation.
