The HSW Multi-Lane Heat Seal Wrapper is designed for hygienic, reliable wrapping of ice cream products in high-performance production lines. It automatically wraps frozen products from tray tunnels, stick machines, or molding lines in one controlled process without manual handling. Heat sealing creates a hermetically tight pack that protects products from contamination and supports both paper and film materials. Each lane operates independently, allowing production to continue even if one lane stops. No Product-No Pull and paper break detection reduce material waste by stopping film movement when no product is present. Picture-in-Place (PIP) ensures printed graphics and codes are placed accurately on every wrapper, improving pack consistency and shelf appearance.

The paper conveying system with geometric rollers and pre-formers provides stable foil control and reduces breakage. Adjustable folding boxes and menu-driven settings enable fast changeovers without tools. Optional individual heat control per lane ensures stable sealing temperatures and includes built-in backup for heaters and sensors.
