Large inclusion filler for ice cream cups, enabling precise filling with inclusions up to 25 mm and easy CIP cleaning.
Designed for filling cups with very large inclusions up to 25 mm.
Servo-controlled volumetric filling for precise and repeatable results.
Automatic bypass prevents filling when a cup is missing.
As cups and other formats feature bigger pieces and higher inclusion ratios, producers must ensure these elements are filled accurately and evenly, without affecting consistency, hygiene, or efficiency.
GLIF is designed for this challenge at the filling stage. Precise volumetric filling and controlled inclusion handling enable working with very large inclusions while maintaining a uniform appearance. Intelligent bypass functions avoid unnecessary product loss when cups are missing, while integrated CIP supports hygienic operation with minimal downtime. Compatibility with existing filling machines enables the introduction of inclusion-rich products without major line changes.
GLIF helps ensure that inclusion-driven products deliver the quality consumers expect, within a filling process that remains controlled and predictable.

GLIF is a large inclusion filler designed for ice cream producers seeking to fill cups with large inclusions while maintaining clean filling, stable operation, and controlled hygiene. It is designed to handle inclusions up to 25 mm and high inclusion ratios, supporting premium ice cream concepts with visible ingredients and differentiated textures. At the core of GLIF is a servo-controlled volumetric piston system combined with a servo-driven valve drum. This setup enables accurate and repeatable filling.
The valve drum operates in three positions (loading, filling, and bypass), allowing the system to skip filling automatically when a missing cup is detected. This prevents ice cream from entering empty positions and reduces product buildup on surrounding equipment. GLIF features a dedicated cup spinner that ensures smooth and complete filling of each cup, eliminating the “nose” effect on the ice cream surface. This improves visual quality and consistency.
When no cup is present, the filler bypasses automatically, resulting in cleaner operation and less cleaning effort. The system is CIP-integrated and designed for fast and controlled cleaning. GLIF is compatible with all filling machines that meet standard space requirements, making it easy to integrate into existing lines.
