The GCS Series is a fully automated end-of-line packing solution exclusively designed for ice cream, handling both wrapped (sticks, sandwiches, candy bars, cones) and non-wrapped products (cones, cups, squeeze-ups). It transfers products into cardboard boxes with high precision, high capacity, and minimal operator involvement.Available as GCS-C (compact), GCS-2F, GCS-3F, and GCS-4F for wrapped products, and GCS Cones & Cups for non-wrapped applications, the system supports flat, upright, interleaved, multi-layer, and multi-color pack patterns.

Capacities reach up to 980 products per minute, depending on configuration. Gram Equipment @ SMART Modes and integrated buffer systems allow the line to handle more than 80% of micro stops without product loss.
