For sure, the best part of my job is a good discussion with colleagues on business decisions, balancing all perspectives and creating a good plan. I appreciate the openness everywhere in the company, which I see as a great strength in our company.
I live in Copenhagen and spend days each week in Kolding, so my days differ quite a lot. Sitting in separate locations, I spend a lot of time working with colleagues online. While I enjoy our seamless online collaboration, I appreciate those moments when our efficiency pauses so I can show off my new coffee mug or join in debating whether last night's handball goal was pure luck or skill—reminding me that we're always connecting as real people.
Each day, I strive to ensure our actions and market focus position us for success now and in the years ahead. My role involves not only shaping our company’s strategy but also creating a framework for effective execution, engaging colleagues worldwide so we operate united as the Gram Equipment Team to achieve our goals together.
I was intrigued by the journey, Gram Equipment set out for. Being part of the growth in business and all the internal processes. The diversity of profiles in the company lets me unfold my strengths and elevate it in combination with the knowledge of colleagues. Also, I must admit that I am not dissatisfied with helping the world eat great ice cream.
