
A big part of what drives me is translating complex solutions into communication that makes sense. When that works, everything else becomes easier.
There is no fixed routine. The day moves between focused work and ongoing collaboration, often with shifting priorities. A large part of the work happens across teams, where alignment and quick decisions matter. It keeps the pace high, but also makes the work more dynamic. What stands out are the moments in between. The quick exchanges, small debates, and the off-topic conversations that were not planned, but still add value.
I am responsible for maintaining and developing Gram Equipment’s global brand presence across internal and external touchpoints. This includes supporting colleagues with visual and communication material across projects and channels. The role involves navigating shifting priorities and managing multiple assignments, which is an integral and motivating aspect of my work.
The niche nature of the business is what makes it interesting. Ice cream production is complex, and communicating it well requires both understanding and structure. Turning technical detail into something clear and engaging is where I see the value.
