Being a part of the GEA team is probably my favorite part of my job. Our CSAs and our team of service engineers are like an extended family. I also get great joy from selling substancial projects to our customers. Some of them have huge impacts on the customer’s success as well as generating capitol for Gram Equipment!
My Office is in my home and my time zone is 8 hours behind DK time. So, the day usually starts with email replies to messages i sent the day prior. Those emails are often related to Upgrade projects that require input from our engineering teams. After catching up with those communications, i work on creating quotes for upgrades and also Customer Service Agreements. When I’m traveling to Customer locations, days consist of meeting with plant Management and maintenance teams so that we can understand their needs and look for business opportunities.
As an aftermarket Sales Manager my teamates and i provide our North american customers with Upgrade opportunities, spare parts, and Service engineers for their equipment Maintenance. We work closeley with the CSRs in our Hamilton NJ Office to help our customers get OEM parts with the best delivery time and accuracy possible.
During my time at Blue Bunny, i was exposed to equipment produced by dozens of manufacturers including Hoyer, Tetra Pak, Darifill, as well as Gram Equipment. I always apreciated the performance and engineering of Gram equipment over all of the competitors. I knew that if i were ever to team up with an equipment manufacturer, I’d want it to be Gram.
I used to have hair!
