Extrusion Solutions

Our extrusion lines deliver high‑performance production for a wide range of ice cream products. Designed to handle modern, complex recipes, including intense flavors, layered structures, large inclusions, and dairy‑free mixes, they combine flexibility with reliable, hygienic operation. With capacities up to 43,200 pcs/hr for sticks, and up to 90,000 pcs/hr for bite-sized items, they support both high-volume efficiency and innovative product development.

Our BT and BT‑C lines produce: Ice Cream Stick, Ball Cone, Sandwich, Bar, Bites, Cake, Logs, and Ice Cream Specialities.

Molding Solutions

Our molded systems deliver precise, reliable production for a wide range of stick‑based products. With both rotary and in‑line molding, we offer flexible solutions for classic sticks, water ice, layered designs, and creative novelty shapes.

With capacities of up to 48,000 products per hour, our molding technology supports efficient high‑volume output and consistent product quality.Our molding lines produce: Ice Cream Stick, Water Ice Sticks, Multi‑flavor Layered Stick, Special Shapes and Novelty Products.

Filling Solutions

Our filling systems deliver precise, reliable performance for cones, cups, squeeze‑ups, and bulk formats. Designed for flexibility, they handle smooth mixes, layered combinations, and products with inclusions while ensuring consistent portioning and clean filling. With capacities of up to 24,000 products per hour, our technology supports both efficient high‑volume production and creative product development.
