IF 410P with double hopper
WCB has given you even more options when it comes to adding ingredients to your ice cream. With our new dual hopper version of the IF 410P you can easily add two types of ingredient simultaneously.
When adding two ingredients the processor can try to use a single ingredient feeder but there are a number of problems:
The two ingredients can be mixed together. Depending on how this is done can be labor intensive, ingredients not thoroughly mixed in an even distribution or the ingredients if unequal in density will stratify in the single hopper.
The dual hopper unit provides the capability to control the amount of each ingredient added to the ice cream flow.
